Parking is a bit difficult Roof top is great. Food quality feels like its home made, which is really nice for myself. Music choices is nice. It took a while for the food to be served, but overall is nice
I stayed here for more than 2 weeks and I can't stress enough how great their staff is kn terms of service and tending to your needs. The rooms were clean as can be with great TV channel options. Airconditioning worked fine and the room had spacious closets for your belongings. One thing I disliked was that their WiFi was very slow even if I requested to be at the best room for WiFi signals.

The hotel is amazing for its price — honestly much better than I expected. It’s cleaner, nicer, and more organized than many places that charge double. The service felt like a real 5-star experience. Overall, the hotel was perfect: super clean, very affordable, and absolutely worth every pound. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice, conveniently located in an elite area of Cairo. The room was small with a window only, no balcony, but a spacious bathroom, everything perfectly clean. The service was good overall, just that not all the employees are at the same level of professionalism. While I was checking in I had to wait pretty long for the receptionist to find my booking in the system. They charged me immediately for one night without delivering me a receipt. The following day, however, there was another receptionist at the desk, a young lady, very nice and highly professional. I asked her for the receipt and for the help with providing me some touristic information. I was nicely surprised with her profesional attitude.
